Welcome to Church Workers Training Blog
The Church Workers Training blog is devoted to helping pastors and elders foster and develop the leadership skills and spiritual gifts of their congregations. Our conviction is that the church is a place where members can be trained, equipped, empowered, and sent to fulfil the great commission.
Why a blog about church workers’ training?
Two thousand years ago, our Lord chose a few imperfect people to be His followers during His earthly ministry. Christ urged these individuals to follow Him in order to closely observe Him at work and learn from Him.
He called them to equip them with the necessary skills to carry on the good work of soul-winning.
Our Lord recognized the necessity of educating, preparing, empowering, and later commissioning the disciples to spread the good news.
Similarly, the church must develop initiatives that empower and equip members to participate in the fulfillment of the great commission.
I have no doubt that the church will grow significantly once the majority of its members actively participate in its operation and management.
The goal of the Church Workers’ Training Blog is to assist pastors and elders in their efforts to equip their congregations for leadership and mission work.
The purpose of this blog is to provide free resources for church leadership training and to discuss church worker training-related topics.
Our motto is “Train, Equip, Empower, and Send.”
